📦 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• We may contact you to confirm sizing before dispatch.

🚛 Delivery Timelines

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (if applicable)

💰 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹699
• Below ₹699, shipping is calculated at checkout

🌍 Delivery Area

• We ship across India 🇮🇳
• We currently do not offer international shipping

🔁 Undelivered Orders / RTO

• 3 attempts are made for delivery
• If undelivered, the product returns to our warehouse (RTO)
• Re-shipping will require new confirmation and shipping fee

📲 Order Tracking

• Tracking link is shared via email/WhatsApp once shipped
• You can follow live delivery updates through the link

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

• Reject visibly damaged packages if possible
• Report issues immediately with unboxing video
• We’ll issue a refund or replacement after courier verification
