Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS update with your tracking details so you can follow your paw parcel every step of the way. 🐾

• Returns: Request a return within 3 days of delivery. Refunds are not issued — instead, you’ll receive store credits equal to the item’s value.
  
• Store Credits: Can be used on any future PawTaaka order and don’t expire.
  
• Size Exchanges: If the size doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange within 7 days, subject to stock availability. If your size isn’t available, store credits will be issued.
  
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
